All netbooks come with more or less the same graphics/CPU hardware with the exception of the newer models with Nvidia’s ION chipset, which sports a slightly dumbed down 9400M. You will have no problems playing 2D games, 3D games from a while ago with graphics settings turned down works great too!
Here are some games I’ve played on my 1000HE
1. Counter-Strike (1.6, not source): averaged 40-60fps at 640×480 resolution
2. Half Life: 40-60fps at 640×480
3. World of Goo: Runs flawlessly
4. Worms (any of the Worms games works!)
5. Braid
6. Audiosurf

You’re probably limited to games on facebook. 3D games I doubt will work.

Older games usually, simpler stuff from ‘03 or ‘04 would probably play well.
