Taiwan makes some pretty sweet quality tech stuff. I’d much rather have it from Taiwan then anywhere else in the world… esp. China or Vietnam or Mexico or whatever… hahaha.
Hum, touchkit.exe do not detect any touch peripheral.
My touchscreen is installed by seven as Mouse HID but in touchkit.exe I do not have any detected peripheral.
What is strange, it is that your mouse remains with a normal cursor when you use the touchscreen.
At home, the cursor becomes a small precise pointer (stylet).
I use the built in 7 drivers, but calibrate with touchkit. If you open up the touchkit archive and extract touchkit.exe, you can run calibration without installing the driver.
Which driver do you use?
I tested with the touchkit but he is not recognized like digitzer.
I tested with those of Seven in standard and it goes but I do not manage to have a good calibration (even with the tools calibration of Seven).
Did you use what as driver/calibration?
I had sought for several days to know if the touchscreen were well recognized like stylet by Seven (and not like a simple mouse).
And it is the case because I see on your video a piece of the box of recognition writing to appear on the left.
Thank you, I will be able to order a kit for my NC10.

I signed up for an account just to comment on your video. It’s a great video! Thanks a lot for sharing your Asus =D
So you just followed the online instructions from FidoHub and everything worked out well?

I’m on 7100 also, but a update Vista to Seven!
I think that I will remake a clean installation of Seven, because I have the impression that many problems come from this update!
For example, when I connect with the sector adapter, the hub eeti (and the touchscreen and webcam) disappear from the manager of peripherals!
A small format C: tomorrow.

That is strange. What version of the beta are you using? I’m still on 7100, can’t vouch for later versions.

No, I have just seen that your cursor changed too. Sorry.

Yes, it is detected as a digitzer, I think you will enjoy it! Good luck!
