Yea I like the solid state idea, but don’t solid state memories have limited write cycles of 20,000 or so? If you chunk and move a lot of files on a regular basis you might find your machine acting funky in a year or two…
but of course, nothing beats the shock reliability of flash, but given ima not going to like slam my eee pc about and treat it like a normal lappie, a hdd should be okay…

1000H also has Windows XP installed, not Linux.
The 1000H is also slightly cheaper…but personally I’d pay more for the Solid State Drive.
