I guess that programs are not to heavy as long you are not running the programs and scanning for debugs etc.

If you put wireless/bluetooth/camera off and use the screen on a not to high level I think it will be possible to get over the 10 hours

The accu is swap-able so you can even get a 2th battery if its really necessary

The real reason cause I’m interested to buy a netbook is the autonomy cause it’s happening to me to make intercontinental flights that of course can last more than 10 hours. Because I’m developing some software of personal use, my idea is to install the development software (basically Eclipse and Java) and then use part of this travelling hours programming (instead of being waste). Of course, the autonomy must be elevate. Thank you very much for your information.

The 1005HA-H is the one with 10.5 hour battery life yeh.

Its even possible to got more out of it, the max I saw was about 14 hours! But under load its getting less offcourse

On a full battery you got between 7 and 14 hours remaining depending on your usage I guess, although its the most of time between the 9 and 11 hour if you are doing things like webbrowsing and e-mailing

I’m seriously determined to buy the eee 1005HA. This video gives me one reason more to do it.
Is it your battery the 10.5 hours autonomy one ?
How much do you like it? Any suggestion?

    Jep inderdaad :)
